The 7 Cs of Communication

How much time do you spend each day communicating with others? In any given day at work, you might write emails, answer phone calls, talk with colleagues, negotiate with suppliers, present in meetings, or meet clients. So it makes sense to make sure that we communicate clearly and as effectively as we can. The 7 Cs of Communication checklist is a useful tool that can help us achieve this aim.

Now that you have heard more about 7 Cs of Communication checklist, let’s remind ourselves of some of the language used in the video.

Complete the 7 Cs checklist with the correct word in each space.

Use a dictionary to check the meaning of words you’re not sure about. Here’s a good online dictionary you can use: Oxford Learner’s Dictionaries.
