Course glossary using Google Forms

Below is a sample page taken from a wiki used with a group of university admin staff who received training in answering enquiries about courses in English. Apart from working on general telephone language and skills, we also worked on the kind of language that would come up frequently in the enquiries they received. The group were asked to add new vocabulary items to the spreadsheet below as the course progressed.

Use this form to add a single item to the glossary. Scroll down to see the glossary. It takes a minute or two before your entry appears and you will need to refresh the page. Below there’s a link to the glossary itself and there you can add as many words as you like directly into the spreadsheet.

Use this link if you’d like to add more than one word to the glossary: Course glossary

You can view the glossary here: Course glossary.
