Go to page 68 of your coursebook Basis for Business C1 to do the following:

In exercise 2, watch the interview with Cristina Carillo. As you watch, decide how well the 8 staements summarise what she says. Rephrase the stements that do not accurately rephrase what she says. You can discuss your answers in Lesson 7.

Note that you will need to download the Cornelsen PagePlayer app to be able to watch the recording. When you have downloaded the app to your mobile device, follow the instructions for downloading the appropriate library and video. Once you have done that, you will be able to scan page 58 and watch the video.

To help with your acquisition of new business and general vocabulary and to prepare for the end of course exam, do the following:
 

1. Use the Chronological Wordlist to make a list of new vocabulary in Unit 5 of the coursebook.

2. If you enjoy puzzles and would like to consolidate vocabulary while playing, you can try the Making or reacting to a ptich puzzle.

3. The vocabulary exercises in the Online activities below will also be of help.
