Business English Communication (BEC1)
This four-week course will help you handle small talk situations and use English to take part actively and confidently in meetings – both face-to-face and virtual. You’ll also be looking at language to talk about your work and company, as well as products and services. Good, clear pronunciation is key to effective communication and you’ll explore and practise ways of using your voice to communicate with greater impact.
Business English Communication (BEC2)
This four-week covers vital areas of business communication such as presenting, avoiding and dealing with conflict and expressing ideas and opinions in meetings. The role cultural awareness plays in effective presentations as well as how to use one’s voice to make a greater impact when necessary are areas that are explored and practised.
Business English Communication (BEC3)
This four-week course will help you use English to build business relationships and successfully take part in international projects and negotiations. We’ll also be looking at the role culture plays in effective business communication, so we’ll consider the concept of ‘power distance’ and the different approaches around the world to planning and negotiating.
