The vocabulary questions in the exam are based on the prescribed coursebook for FOM Hochschule students taking the Business English (B1) course, which is Cornelsen’s Basis for Business B1.
The coursebook provides the core material for classroom lessons and self-study.
The coursebook includes the following components that can be used in the classroom and for guided self-study:
- audio and video recordings (accessible using the Cornelsen PagePlayer app).
- an online workbook with grammar, vocabulary and work skills practice activities
- a vocabulary app to learn words and phrases from the book is also available. The app is free but the vocabulary content of the book costs €7.99.
