  2. Job adverts are not the most effective way to get a job because the competition is highest in this channel.
  3. Oluchi thinks that connections are often very important, but she also knows of many cases where connections have not mattered at all.
  4. Internal recruitment is an important channel when one project finishes and another begins.
  5. Possible answer: Expats living abroad will probably receive a higher salary and more incentives in terms of travel and expenses, whereas local staff and expats already living in Nigeria will be paid less and will not enjoy the same incentives.
