The prescribed coursebook for FOM Hochschule students taking the Business English (B1) course is Cornelsen’s Basis for Business B1.
The coursebook provides the core material for classroom lessons and self-study.
The coursebook includes the following components that can be used in the classroom and for guided self-study:
- audio and video recordings (accessible using the Cornelsen PagePlayer app).
- an online workbook with grammar, vocabulary and work skills practice activities
- a vocabulary app to learn words and phrases from the book is also available. The app is free but the vocabulary content of the book costs €7.99.
